3. In-Game Currency Only
Casetopia operates entirely using in-game credits ("CR"). CR has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Any purchases made on the Site are for virtual credits used solely within the platform for entertainment purposes.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Casetopia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use bots, scripts, exploits, or any third-party software to manipulate outcomes, automate play, or abuse the platform. You may not create multiple accounts to exploit promotions, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of balances.
6. Virtual Items & Inventory
Items obtained through case openings, battles, or upgrades are virtual goods with no real-world value. You do not own any physical goods. Items may be withdrawn or used within the platform according to current features and policies.
7. Payments & Refunds
All purchases of in-game credits are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to revoke credits obtained through disputed transactions.
8. Rakeback & Rewards
Rakeback and other promotional rewards are granted at our discretion. Abuse of reward systems, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and will result in account termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Casetopia is provided "as is" for entertainment only. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. All gameplay outcomes are determined by random chance algorithms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
